Economics of Business
This module focuses on the understanding of business economics, SWOT analysis, finance for non-financial managers, how to attract outside investors and creating a balance financial status for your organisation through effective accounting or financial decisions and risk management.
Managers Essential Tool kit
Today’s managers need some vital business and people management skills, this module focus on situational leadership, negotiation skills, running effective meetings, steps to making vital executive decisions, initiate and manage change effectively, giving and receiving effective feedback.
